Are you looking for solid Coconut Oil for making into creams or recipes?
Virgin Coconut Oil is solid at 24 degrees centigrade, or less.

The oil will become liquid once it is held at 24 degrees centigrade or more for a period of time. Once the temperature lowers, it starts to solidify again.

As the oil solidifies again, it looks like puffs of fluffy cotton.
If the virgin coconut oil is left in a warmish environment it normally remains slushy and semi solid. Moving in and out of solid state doesn’t make the taste of the solid oil change.
